Lucky Strike is rich in heritage and one of the world’s best-known brands. It was introduced in 1871 as a cut-plug chewing tobacco by the R. A. Patterson Tobacco Company of Richmond, Virginia, U.S.A.. Patterson Tobacco was acquired by the American Tobacco Company in 1905, which introduced Lucky Strike as a regular-sized (70 mm), non-filtered, American blend cigarette in 1916 in an attempt to compete with the success of R. J. Reynolds’ Camel brand. Its distinctive red-on-green bullseye design was created by famous industrial designer Raymond Loewy, the man who also designed the Campbell’s Soup label, as well as the logos for Exxon Oil, Shell Oil, and Coca-Cola. The Lucky Strike logo would later become a prominent fixture in pop-era artist Ray Johnson's collages.
In 1917, the brand started using the slogan "It's Toasted", meant to inform consumers about the manufacturing method in which the tobacco is toasted rather than sun-dried, giving Luckies a unique and distinctive flavour. The message "L.S./M.F.T." ("Lucky Strike means fine tobacco") was introduced on the package in the same year.
Lucky Strike Reds constitute a grade A American tobacco product that is well sought-after worldwide. The simplicity to its commercial package belies the rich taste when you light up. Known for its unique gourmet flavor, Lucky Strike Red commands a presence all on its own with a distinguished aroma.

Awesome service from Ciggies World. Ordered 7th April and arrived 22nd April to UK from Jakarta. 15 days on the cheaper mail service.
Great Ciggies. Classic Lucky Strike flavour.
These come with health warning pictures on the lids. So sadly not a clean packet like pictured.

Amazing, just like the ones I had at 16 years old
No fire safe chemicals
Just how god invented them
My only Ciggies I go to other than my vape pen (with real tobacco juice) which I only buy black note real tobacco e-liquid
When I'm being good vape pen
When I'm being BAD good old lucky reds

Ordered a carton of them, I was definitely not dissatisfied. Much better than the Lucky Strikes in Germany, and in a discrete packaging which was here really quick!

Smooth creamy draw, nice toasted nut flavors, rich deep tobacco. Enjoyed every puff of these.

One of the most iconic brand of yesteryear, and they still deliver. These put the enjoyment back into smoking, especially when compared to what`s available on the Australian market. Thanks again Ciggies World for your great service!

First time trying luckies, can't get them in Canada. Wasn't sure about the after taste, could be because I'm not used to the toasted flavour. Very clean tobacco with little to no chemical taste and great burn time. All in all the flavour is awesome and beats all the Canadian cigarettes by far. Id buy again if Marlboro reds weren't so damn awesome.

One of the best cigs I've ever had. Really unique full flavor that isn't too strong, but isn't weak either. Little to no chemical taste whatsoever unlike some other brands. Would definitely recommend!

Seriously my most delicious cigarette. Takes me back to my teen years before they were discontinued in the US. Will buy again. :)

Lucky Strikes are toted as some of the best cigarettes ever - and for good reason. It's an overall outstanding smoke that shines above the rest. For the most part, it tastes like your typical cigarette, but - and maybe it's just a placebo effect due to their slogan - they really do have this extra toasted flavor that distinguishes them from other brands. It's smooth, smoky, nutty, and toasty all in one. I don't think it's possible to dislike these.

I used to smoke the American unfiltered version of these back in the 90`s,when you could get them in Australia. And just to see the iconic packaging again brings back such good memories, but these are also good. Mild, full bodied, and with a flavour that celebrates the Lucky Strike heritage. A far cry from the hideous selection of FSC lawn clippings available on the Australian market.
Thanks again Ciggies World for your first rate service:)

I'm a Canadian but I like American smokes. Ordered the Luckys and very happy with my decision. Nicely packed and good burn. Nice smooth, satisfying smoke. Ciggiesworld is great. My go to source for smokes.

First off, I am not a big fan of American 'toasted' cigarettes, but I do enjoy a Marlboro Red. These Lucky Strikes were okay for a nicotine hit, but they had a weird flavour to them. They are made in Indonesia on behalf of British American Tobacco, so perhaps the American ones taste different. Will order something different next time.

I bought three cartons of Lucky Strikes. That's 30 packs of smokes, and about 600 cigarettes in total. Between me and my two friends we went through these bad boys in about a week. Thank you so much! <3

While yes, these are toasted, the tobacco used is a joke compared to the American non-filtered Luckies. These taste like a light cigarette. Oddly sweet too. I was really hoping these would simply be a filtered version of my favorite smoke. Unfortunately no. Even after trying one without a filter on, the difference is still night and day. I've tried a carton from both Sweden and Indonesia, hoping for a difference but there was none. Pity.

So I put my order in on the 27th and they arrived to canada today. I must say they package then extremely well and they arrived to canada WITHOUT any taxes. As for the cigarettes themselves they all arrived in perfect shape. The only negative I have about this was that 2 of the packages in my order (all single order) were from 2013 which had me a bit worried. Although they didn't taste stale that's starting to get a bit old for a pack of cigarettes (6 and a bit months if made on Dec 31).
In the end I defiantly will order again. Hopefully I get a bit luckier next time.

First off ciggies world shipped my order fast. Good delivery time, and the product was double boxed to ensure no damage. Good service, very impressed.
I initially didn't think I would like these because the low nicotine level but I gave them a try and I love them. They are not strong smokes but the pure tobacco taste with delicious toasted flavor on the exhale makes them worthy of buying again.
The smoke goes down smooth. Good burn time after packing them. Quality tobacco producing nice white ash.
These are very enjoyable. Just wish they had more nicotine in them but I will definitely be buying again. Big thanks to ciggies world.

I found these smokes to have a nice toasted flavour, but the harshness makes it hard to enjoy them. Mind you I use filter tips on all my smokes!
Posted by jcreighton on 21st Feb 2014
Australia doesn't sell lucky strikes anywhere and I'd heard a lot about them so I tried some from here and I'm so very impressed, comparable to Marlboro reds but they look cooler, my personal faves

Just want to buy a pack to try. And the first cig I puff I fall in love with it. I think this is it, this is my brand, this is my cigarette I want to marry it for sure. The flavor is without equal comparing to any popular brand out there. The smoke level is high. the harshness is nearly 1 to 0 you can barely feel anything in the throat. and its FSC free which it doesn't taste like gasoline now that's more the reason why I bought this brand. I would also recommend this brand for the first time smoker who value taste and no throat killer.

I just received my order today of multiple cigs and bought two packs of Lucky Strike Originals. I could not be happier. As a usual American Spirits smoker - I usually feel sick after smoking cigs such as Marlboro and Camel. But these Lucky Strikes are awesome. My Grandfather who fought in WW2 told me that the American soldiers had the Lucky Strikes (unfiltered) and the Nazis and other Europeans loved them because we had the better cigarettes. Some people don't like the toasted flavor but I think it's awesome. It feels like a very bold, manly cigarette to smoke. I can't wait to show off to everyone how I smoke the same cigs our grandfathers did in WW2. It's an honor. This was my first purchase from Ciggies World and will not be my last.

I have ordered cloves through two other websites. You guys are by far the most professional and most prompt.
I had a question, you emailed me back right away.
Both of my payments and orders were processed and shipped quickly.
I will only use Ciggies World from now on!

I ordered these awhile back and they came super fast. The taste is pretty good with a nice body. I'd definitely smoke these again
Posted by Rachmaninov on 5th Sep 2013
Quality tobacco for sure, and the body is quite good. The toasted flavour is kind of odd, although I'm not if it is the flavour. Going down, it's quite smooth, but can't say the same for when it's coming back out.
Thanks again for the order CiggiesWorld!

I haven't seen these in years. These were my choice smoke when I was 18yrs old. They are just as smooth as I remembered. Thankfully, a real cigarette with NO FSCs! Thanks Ciggiesworld!

SO today my Lucky strike filters came in the mail! this is my favorite smoke period. It has a unique taste and scent that other brands just can't replicate. Sales of this style of cigarettes ceased in the USA since mid 2000's and I've missed it ever since thanks Ciggiesworld for making my week!

Best cigarette i've ever had! and i've smoked a good few, the price is quite a lot, pushing £7 in England, but for what you get, it's worth it, not harsh, but quite smooth, drags away easy too, well worth the money spent and the pack's a beaut!
Posted by KDF on 22nd Oct 2011
This cigarette has a really good taste to it.Gives you the nicotine you need,it's strengh isen't too strong, good price for a cigarette like this.
Posted by Kieran on 22nd Oct 2011
IMHO the best cigarettes ever made. The perfect union of strength, smoothness, burning quality and taste. Unfortunately only the crappy foreign brands remain and last I saw American packs were fetching black market prices. A tragedy to all cigarette connoisseurs everywhere.
